When visiting Sugar Spa, it is our mission to help you unwind, relax and rejuvenate. To ensure this, we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time for check-in and changing time.

​Sugar Spa confirms all spa appointments 48 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment please do so prior to 24 hours of the appointment to avoid a 50% service charge. Any no show appointments will be charged in full. Appointment reminders are sent 4 Hours in advance of scheduled appointment times.
